Since "the end of the year" doesn't seem like such a great target any more, I thought we needed a new poll.

Well, to say before the next 5 days.....eh. Perhaps. Then again, I'm just getting into the BTC community.

Before the end of May, I'd say it looks good.

I estimated a 75% chance confidence of reaching 2 dollars per bitcoin.

kiba, can you explain on what arithmetic you're basing your estimation?

There is nothing concrete about it. I am just expressing my confidence.

Lol, an accident? It's not a car crash, man, it's people agreeing on a trade.

I voted "I'm afraid to have an opinion" because that option had the least amount of votes and I am trying to redistribute the percentage to make things more fair.  I feel good about doing the right thing.

In all seriousness, though, I think the market is far too volatile right now to have much confidence in making even short term predictions.  There appear to be some large trades going on which are causing the price to fluctuate wildly.  I am, if not content, at least willing to wait until things settle down before making any predictions.  Smiley

Was about to respond with $2 today, since it was floating between 1.90 and 1.95 last night...1.99 early this morning...now it's at $2.25!!!!  Not too fair to vote when there are bids on MTGox right now for 12.5% more than $2/BTC Smiley.

EDIT: Now back to 2.05-2.10.  Looks like I checked the market depth just a few seconds after the spike that breaking the $2/BTC barrier caused.

Ahahaha~ you didn't say the vote closes if it happens, so I voted yes! ヽ( >∀<)ノ

I have no idea where the price will go within the next month. Up? Down? Crash? Google joins in? Can't pull myself away from following Bitcoin news.
