What's a really good traffic analytics site...

...that's free and isn't Google Analytics? Basically I'm looking for one that can do what Google Analytics does, plus give me more information about search terms that land people on my site. Because Google isn't giving me everything when it comes to search term information (Weird that it doesn't but maybe they want me to upgrade or something).
