Looking to purchase BTC, can pay with cash in mail (overnight, video proof of money packed + package going into mail), possibly vanilla visa / moneypak. Looking to trade at BitStamp prices. Must use escrow (BTC goes into escrow before I send payment). Not trading with people that have no rep, I also have a Localbitcoins account with 30+ transactions 100% feedback.

Looking to buy 2.4BTC

Why don't you just send the money to an escrow person and have them ship it to the seller after you receive the bitcoin? You tell the escrow person your BTC address and they'll relay it to the seller. Once there is a confirmed transcation for the amount then the escrow can send the cash however. Seems to be much simpler than doing a video and all that nonsense.
