Ehh I have an opinion on this;

1) People use fake ICANN names (especially the 'old' version) when launching stuff

2) People use incorporation agents - those that are the 'board directors' and get paid $100/a year or whatever for you to use their name on everything

3) Records can be outdated to begin with, or the person on there isn't the actual owner - this is the biggest problem - you're going to find Alex and freak the crap out of the sysadmin Tongue

Also, why is this Ghash.io's problem? If it's anyones problems - it's Bitcoin's...

At the point of start, people generally dont know what they are going to be. So they casually put real name.

That doesn't mean it hasn't been sold or if the name on there is the actual guy. Maybe it's the guy with the idea but not the person in charge of anything.
