Why is uTorrent uploading even though every torrent is stopped and has no actvty

Upload of 3-4kb/s Download of 1kb/s, even though no torrent is seeding nor downloading. Is this uTorrent uploading anyway? Or is someone stealing data from my PC and uTorrent shows all of my PC's ingoing and outgoing networks?

I'm kinda freaked out.

I think you may be right when you say it's a Trojan. Sounds like it. Something similar happened to me and I ran a scam and came up with some stuff.

This is the work of the F.B.I. or Interpol if you don't live in the U.S.  Congrats you have just been caught

maybe uploading tracker data
tracker data updated every few minutes in torrent
just set up your firewall, see your incoming-outgoing activity using that

It's perfectly normal. If it really bothers you, you can try turning off one of the options, I think it's called "DHT Network", which may be the culprit. In any case it's nothing malicious.
