I recently opened an account at https://vip.btcchina.com/

I’m a Chinese resident with a Chinese bank account but I seem to be treated like an international user, which I am not.

 I can’t seem to delete my account or change its status. It says very clearly that I cannot change the status of my account, but I never gave any status and being ‘internatonal’ is useless to me.

Having had a look through what I can, I get the feeling that if you are looking at the site in English it will treat you as international.

Does anyone have any advice? How can I delete and start again? Is there a better site where I can transfer and reeive funds direct from my bank account?

You could apply for a green card and become a citizen of the USA which would make you international for the chinese. Problem solved!

You've got to PM their support or make another account.

you can change the account type if you did not do fiat deposit and withdraw. Just write email to btcc.
