I recently opened an account at
https://vip.btcchina.com/I’m a Chinese resident with a Chinese bank account but I seem to be treated like an international user, which I am not.
I can’t seem to delete my account or change its status. It says very clearly that I cannot change the status of my account, but I never gave any status and being ‘internatonal’ is useless to me.
Having had a look through what I can, I get the feeling that if you are looking at the site in English it will treat you as international.
Does anyone have any advice? How can I delete and start again? Is there a better site where I can transfer and reeive funds direct from my bank account?
