Following discussion and verification off-forum I have agreed to Acidyo's loan request, terms as follows:
Loan amount: 0.5 BTC
Recipient: Acidyo
Term: 10 days
Interest: 0.025 BTC
Repayment due: on or before 22 June 2014
Repayment amount: 0.525 BTC
Late payment: additional 0.015 BTC per 5 days (or part thereof)

1. If repaid in full on or before 22 July, then the amount to be repaid will be: 0.585 BTC.
2. If repaid in full between 22 July and 22 August, then the amount due will be 0.675 BTC.
3. Repayment in part on or before 22 July will reduce the amount due by 22 Aug accordingly.
