I'd like to share a new P2Pool with a solid 0% fee which is open to everybody.

Point your miners to;

URL: 3kk0.net:9332
Username: Your Bitcoin Address
Password: (anything) e.g X

E.G: - cgminer -o http://3kk0.net:9332 -u BTCAddress -p x

you should provide the location. miners need a local node so telling where this is may help Smiley
