Mate.... Saying wallet is not working is not going to help you. Because your issues seems to be that its not able to sync. The reason its not able to sync is that you need to create conf file and add server node to it. Once you do that, You wallet will start to sync.

I really suggest you do a bit of reading how wallet works. It will save you asking lots of questions.
