The command line client is almost ready for action, see here.

So while this is being perfected we've begun design and development of a graphical interface for the exchange.

Get the source and run it from github here, requires Python and pythonWX.

The initial design document is here as a pdf.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Looking at the code... it does not do much more then displaying an interface, right?

it does absolutly nothing more then displaying the gui.

Yeah, just displays the gui. Once we have the command line client working well we'll start tying the GUI onto it.
