Regardless of the official position of the Russian authorities, we're primarily guided by the provisions of Article 31 of the Russian Constitution, which guarantees the right of citizens to assemble in any place to discuss any topics.

Activities of holding conferences is not illegal. However, we are willing to repression because Russia has its own police inclinations. Let us hope that our event will take place and invite everyone to take part in it. Welcome!
