CURRENT PROBLEM
GHASH = CEX + Other Miners = Near 51%

SOLUTION
Move out miners to other pools and make them equally fast.

THE PLAN
To gather as much miner, small home miners to fib farm miners and move out of a near 51% pool(Currently ghash) to another pool same day.
The movement in a single day will keep us all away from variance issue.

What you need to do?
Pledge here with your mining hash power for Sha256D and make a reminder in your mobile the switching date and switch to the other pool that day.
Switching day can be decided after we get gathered.

if there were a trustable way of contributing towards getting some pooled miners to fight against ghash, i think a lot of people would be willing to pitch in.. including myself. there are lots of people who hold bitcoin, and if investing 1-2 btc ensures the wellbeing of the currency, i think a lot of people would do it. we just need a well trusted figure to organize it.

I started on p2pool with only 30gh/s and I got some good payouts. variation can be a killer but in the end you get as much or more on p2pool. I have three nodes set up, one in Sydney and a BTC and LTC node/s in Singapore.

If we use p2pool as the preferred method of pooled mining then it can never be a 51% pool. (i.e. even if p2pool were 100% it would be distributed and no node could hold the majority).

What is needed is for miners to understand that and for some devs to dig deep and see how they can enhance p2pool to be a little more efficient with larger miners.

How is that? and why would they when a user can just jump to another and verify that and keep all shares worked on. to my knowledge, when the pool is reporting the correct version and has peers, it cannot be easily modified to bring any benefit to the pool owner other than the pool fee or merged mining going on the in the background (merged mining does not disadvantage the miner in any way whatsoever byt he way)

The only solution is to change the core system but that's not in plan or not disclosed the plan yet by any.
And the only thing we can do is to just build a big crowd against the other big crowd and make them small.
We small miners are out of options!

If decentralized mining is added to the protocol itself, problem solved, no need for switching pools.
I don't know how that can be done, but if it is, WE ARE OFF TO THE MOON!!!!!!!!
