All they need is you guys to send tweets from real twitter accounts [not this fake ones] and talk on irc about SIS.

It isn't that. But I already see what made me wrong.

Sample siamesecoin.conf

The proper config name must be
SiameseCoin.conf
not siamesecoin.conf.

Now it works all right.
Please change in the ann post.

and in my opinion, if theres coin with rare option and didnt want to hit exchange really soon, theres just to option in my mind
1. if it didnt want to crush the coin itself or
2. they want to keep more coin as soon as possible and when they have big exchange they will be dump it

Yep there is no point to mine this  coin if you can't sell it , and if SiameseCoin doesn't get on bittrex or an other big exchange with volume then people will stop mining and the coin will die

bittrex WILL add it, want to speed it up? email them/tweet/talk on their irc. its simple as that.
also from what i know they want 2BTC per listning withotu waitign in queque not 0,5BTC.
