Cloudbet is scamming me!

I made a brazil chile parlay and won it 22 hours ago. And cloudbet still has not cleared my bet they are cheating me

You'll have to show us a bit more than that.. TXid, proof?  Also, have you contacted cloudbet support yet?  They'll be able to help you out.

yes I have emailed support 15 times no response what do you want to see i had a parlay on chile brazil and they havent cleared it

Hi oufan12, I was worried sick until I read your message, I am having exactly the same problem, I also made parlay bets with Chile & Brazil, almost 22 hours have passed and bets still pending, more than 50 bitcoins in 'pending ' bets, I was going mad, I also sent around 20 emails with no response, I am still mad with Cloudbet but I see now that is a generalized problem, they don't even answer emails saying that....it has been a horrible experience. I hope they fix it soon

Well thats a relief tdk but they could at least give us updates on the situation and not ignore our emails terrible customer service. i never have this problem with nitrogen sports as soon as that bet clears im transferring it all to nitrogen. Cloudbets customer service has been disgraceful

I think the same way as you, I was supposed to be a VIP client, they even told me yesterday (20 hours ago) that they were working on it and that they would fix it shortly, 20 hours later nothing happened, since then 20 emails and no answer, whatever happens I will never again place a bet on Cloudbet, I am not saying they are scammers, they just don't care about their customers, it's outrageous..
