Now you might be asking why IPO?To be honest, we only have small experience with programming. But we want to provide a stable coin. With the IPO Money we want to hire a DEV with experience. The dev will also provide us with future updates and implementation of new Features.
We will also Launch with more than 1 node, in order to provide a smooth Launch.
Here some IPO Details:We don't believe that selling a fix amount of coins for BTC before the coin Launch is fair. So we want to sell them in Shares.
We will sell

1 share = 13,371.337 coins
For example, if 20 People will buy one Shares each, for a total of 2 BTC, everyone of them will receive 100/20=5 Shares. So it's calculated like: (100/sold Shares)x your share Count. We believe, that this is much more fair than selling amount x of coin for 0.1 BTC.
As soon as we reach 1.0 - 1.5 BTC we will give the money to the dev so he can start codeing the coin for us. We are already in touch with him and he told us, he could provide us the Coin within 3 days.
Here is our "perfect" time line:
1. voting of X11/X13 Ends after 5 days (friday next week)
2. As soon as we collected 1 - 1.5 BTC we will tell the dev to create the coin.
3. aprox 3 days later we have source
4. we will mine the 10% IPO and test the coin.
5. if everything is working, we announce we have working wallet
6. from then you have about 3 days (Minimum) until we Launch. The IPO coins will be provided within 24h after official Launch.
