To answer -- Goa, Chathisgarh, Utharkhand, Jharkhand & Some NE states. Rs 2.9 per unit in Jharkhand upto 4KW while Reliance in mumbai charges Rs 10+

That will be cool. Don't know how the economics works out though

Almost Correct. For pure Solar the above will not be sufficient to run 24/7.
But for an already existing inverter/Battery set adding controller and panel will be beneficial.
~7000/month can be saved in electricity charge. So ROI in 4 or months and EOL is far far away.
