I've had alot of problems with chargebacks recently and it's really pissing me off. But, it is no one elses fault but mine for using paypal with who I thought were trusted sources. What's the best money transfer service to use? I'm not talking about local and would prefer not dealing with banks but if its the safest way I guess I'll have to. Can people scam you through western union by getting the money back? I need advice any info would be appreciated.

I don't know, but I'm trying to buy in USA and because of the scammers nobody trust anyone. The best way to get it at this point it's mining. I'm so frustrated trying to .30 bitcoins. But the question how the buyer could trust seller and how the seller could trust the buyer. Thieves have made exchanges of goods untrusting.

Trading is based on trust from both parties, there is % of risk in this or other business transactions that people usually take, you will find honest and dishonest people all the time, hoping to do business with the honest ones.

I have not traded using western union, I do bank transfers using escrow but I guess it would be safe but only if you use escrow. You can set up the trade and when you have a buyer lined up, send bitcoins to the escrower and escrow can ask the buyer to send you the money through WU, and give you the code, you can go claim the money and once you have you tell escrow to release the bitcoins.

I don't think this can be charged back.
