Yesterday, I signed up to Virwox and used Paypal in order to purchase BTC.  I understand that it takes up to 48 hrs for BTC to be available in your wallet.  I have a few questions

1.)Is the 48 hr wait only for new users?
2.)After my 1st withdrawal is finally processed, would my 2nd withdrawal take as long (meaning, would I have to wait another 48 hrs for the 2nd withdrawal as well)?
3.)After going through the process of purchasing BTC (including the fees), I realized that I'm just a TAD short of BTC to purchase what I want from this website.  While my withdrawal is still processing, Can I use my paypal again to get more BTC?  Would this extend the withdrawal process?

Thank you

1) Yes, they have to verify that you are legitimate user.
2) Nope, its only your first withdrawal
3) Based on my experiences, no. However, you have to becareful not to hit the daily limit.

I've used Virwox a lot times because they're safe and convenient.
I'd just like to add, for your 3rd question, as long as you haven't reached your daily limit (it used to be $140 I think), you can deposit more using Paypal.
So if for example you deposited $50, bought some BTC and decided you wanted to buy more, even if your withdrawal is still being processed, you can use Paypal again to deposit more dollars (up to $90). It's not a problem. Just mind your daily limit.
As you use Virwox more and become trusted, your daily limit will increase and I found that the time it takes for the BTC to reach my wallet also got less.
Also the more you use the service, the less fees you'll pay Smiley

As convenient as Paypal may be to purchase with, I can't imagine paying such inordinate fees to go through Virwox.

I think there is a market for this still since it is so difficult to use a credit card to buy BTC.

I wouldn't suggest you use that exchange.  IMO, it's fees are a bit too high, and paypal and bitcoins don't really mix.
I would suggest you just have a look in the currency exchange section of this forum. Smiley

i'm aware of the fees on virwox, but i only need 0.005 more to buy what i want, and since they already processed my first withdrawal, i thought my second one would be automatic.

and where's the exchange section?

The fact that it doesn't require any document for AML/KYC is a huge pro for most of the users.  Grin

I would think that it would be cheaper to take a cash advance from your credit card and then send funds to a "mainstream" exchange to buy at the market rate
