I don't understand this. There is -6 on this guy but only one neg under his trust. I've seen this on a few other accounts as well showing high ranking negative but low negative under trust link.

What is this phenomenon?

That's the trust score. It's not a count of how many people rated someone positively/negatively. Here's how it's calculated.
