I think there is an annual limit for the St Kitts applications. It is around 400 passports per year. So he need to find a few more nations, to accommodate all the Bitcoin millionaires.  The nearby island of Dominica is not a bad option.

Can we get a location that isn't hot as hell and crawling with parasites? Preferably somewhere that is a natural fit for somebody of European descent.

I couldn't imagine a location which is more comfortable and cozy than those Caribbean islands (three of them, St Kitts, Antigua and Dominica have such schemes). Anyway, if you don't want to live in a tropical location, then you can chose Latvia.

Some people can think "Invest in Bitcoins? No way. Anything that can disappear and is related with computer is not for мe" But this situation can be with dollars on your bank account. IMO, BTC is the future

Electricity becomes money. And on most Islands you need a generator.

Solar panels are affordable these days, so they could have multiple power sources.

IMO, the Caribbean is too lawless for most.  Locals that see big disparity in wealth and they don't like it

How can the island lose power completely? Solar panels with 1 KW/Hr capacity are available for less than $1,000 each. Installing a portable wind turbine would cost less than $100,000.
