To join you will have to add the personal message, it should look like mine and you can just copy and paste it from there to your profile to make it easy if u want.
Not sure if his still taking members but fix that personal message and you might get in.

After that, just post constructive comments and a few times a month you'll receive your appropriate payment. It's very easy.

I received my last payment on August 3rd. So today makes it 10 days since the last payment.

When he paid me, he paid for all the posts I had made since I started (the week before), about 133 posts, clearly more than the 100 post max.
