Since last bubble went up 9x, could we go about the same magnitude this summer? Something like $6000 per coin?
I'm not too optimistic about that but it sure doesn't seem impossible. However, wouldn't that price be too high? I mean, what stock/commodity costs $6000 per unit?

Lol by that logic gold should've 1000x'd a few times now.
IMO if BTC overtook paypal and adoption by small/medium/large corporations continues to grow we'll see 3k by the end of next year.
Assuming we don't have another MT Gox situation (with blockchain or something).

I said a few months ago that hedge funds need bitcoin to go quiet while they accumulate. It did go quiet and they did accumulate. Once they accumulate some more at the auction, US exchanges go live and an ETF is approved, they're going to pump this to $5,000+
I predict this will happen within the next three months.

It's not too big a stretch to expect 5000~6000 this summer.
Many have predicted this already, we will see soon if it will happen. Bitcoin is way undervalued at the moment no matter how you put it.

Bitcoin is worth exactly what the market thinks it's worth Though, as already mentioned I too believe that whales are manipulating the price down and slowly buying up coins in preparation for a future pump. A new all time high of 5000 this summer and then stabilizing at around 2500 this fall would be my guess.

A realistic price of bitcoin is $100k-$5mil when it's fully adopted
If it's fully adopted in 10 years, we better get started now I do expect $6k sometime in august or september

Oh good, another thread predicting 5000+ prices "This Summer ™" based on nothing except "But Bitcoin!". Can we see one of these threads with some actual facts and reasoning to justify these prices other than "Lol srsly totally undervalued cause Bitcoin will save teh world"?

To enter the mania phase of a new bubble, bitcoin needs more bagholders. Most came from China during November - December 2013. They will now act as resistance above 800$, because the Chinese exchanges are being starved of new fiat. Show me another source of new bagholders and I'll believe in a new mania phase. Until then, modest rises, if we are in an uptrend, which is not yet sure.

bitcoin is changing the world, i can now send 20$ to a friend on the moon for a 5cent fee! that alone gives it much worth. 10x within 2 year, not unlikely...

Why should it be so valuable? I think we will be happy if we will see 1000$ this summer.

Speculator fiat pumped the price to 1000+, speculator fiat can also pump the price to 5000+. The problem is where will that fiat come from?

Dude, seriously? Why should the price be at ~$150/btc in Oct 2013, then $1000/btc merely 2 months later? Why should the price be ~$600/btc now instead of still at ~$4/btc as it was 2 years ago? "But Bitcoin!" Yes, that. Bitcoin hasn't fundamentally changed in years, it is still the same. So there are no facts that the "Bitcoin" from 4 years ago is really any different that the "Bitcoin" of today. Please. Remove. Head. From. Ass. And. Research. Deeper.
