As allways, google is your friend. First you have your subscription with its max mb's. But your real mb's can be found out easily, google like allways is your friend. type in speedtest, run it and see the results. Also never use wifi for a speed test, allways with a hard cable

Be glad with your payment plan I do have 100 mb, yet I pay 50 euro's per month
