The network will be launched in september. We have decided to write a series of tutorials that will present the main features of the network.

Today, we will talk about address names. Address names are just like domains names. Instead of receiving coins to ‘BD4hhdgg76777…’, you can receive coins to ‘maria’ or ‘casino’. this greatly simplifies. This greatly simplifies the process of receiving / sending coins.

For businesses, the naming system is essential. It doesn’t matter what you sell or how you sell it. Customers will love to pay you at ‘wines’, ‘casino666’ or ‘callgirl’ not at ‘BVkjjj4ddss….’. Address names means brands, and a market cannot exist without brands.

The network allows you to trade address names on a p2p distributed market. The process is automated and does not involve a third party. We will talk about address names trading in a future tutorial. In this video, we show you how to register a new address name.

Open your NXT client and try the following operations :

1. Create multiple addresses in the same wallet. YOU CAN'T !! Give each address a diffrent name. YOU CAN'T !!
2. Transfer the names between addresses or transfer the name to another address. YOU CAN'T !!!
3. Put one of your names on market. YOU CAN'T !!!
4. Buy a name from market. YOU CAN'T !!!
5. Change the price of a name that is already on market. YOU CAN'T

And i could fill 3 pages with MaskNetwork features you can't find on NXT or any other altcoin.

Alias system in NXT was launched 3 months ago. It was incomplete and is still incomplete. NXT client allows you to have only one address and i think this is a BIG drawback. It makes alias system useless.

Does your naming system offer more than qora's?

No. Qora has a all MaskNetwork features when it comes to address names.

But there is a problem. I have tried countless times to send coins to a qora name ike 'xmas' or 'joe' but i couldn't. I receive the same error "Invalid address". I know for sure that recipient address name is registered.

I hope it's a bug or maybe i don't know how to use the client. If you register 'joe', but your friends can not send coins to 'joe', the whole naming system is useless.

In MaskNetwork's case, if you register 'joe', your friends are able to send coins or messages to 'joe' in 2-3 minutes after registration. That is the purpose of any naming system. To simplify sending / receiving coins.

It's a distributed p2p MARKET, that have a lot of new features. It's a long list.

One example : In september, i will publish the private / public of my addresses but you will not be able to spend a dime. Network level double factor authentication is one of the new features.

As you already stated, the forum is full of COINS. MaskNetwork is build around a distributed market. It comes with integrated p2p escrowing, p2p advertising, p2p messaging and so on....

The network's purpose is to make p2p anonymous ecommerce as simple as possible for regular traders. The screenshot is relevant :

There are tons of categs / subcategs. We basically took eBay categs structure and addded the banned products. And they were a lot...
