If your goal is to mine coins and support the community at significant financial loss to yourself then this message is not for you. If however you want to get a return on your investment at least break even, I suggest you visit this calculator, and plug in the appropriate numbers. https://bitcoinwisdom.com/litecoin/calculatorUsing just a 7% increase in difficulty you may find your eyes wide open as to what scrypt miners will get you a return on your investment. SPOILER ALERT: None of them will.

J, Are you telling me that even with the cost of this hardware you can make a profit on other coins, because I have lots of hash power with your name on it, educate to your magic ways and I will give you a cut of my profit.

hell no - figure it out like I did... anything worth acquiring (such as knowledge) is worth working for. you wouldn't appreciate it anyway if I just handed it to you.... plus - why make it easy for people to compete with me...

here's the basic problem with multi pools... by the time you accumluate enough coins and finally get them in your wallet or exchange account the ship has sailed.... you're always a day late to the party. you need to be ahead of the curve - not behind it - think about it...

ASIC miners = not early adopters
And that is what I am speaking of. When did asics hit the market to tear up litecoin? Right at the beginning of asics for litecoin = early adopters. Plus I seen people still using GPU's with their farms that HW was already paid for and still mining at profit = early adopters. I'm not arguing you, am I correct? Early adopter for Scrypt was a gpu miner not these Scrypt rigs.

The only way to make money is to mine a hot scrypt coin that comes out and hope it makes it to top 10.
Oh wait, no one is making scrypt coins anymore...its all x11 and x13 with cryptonight popping up more and more.
Im willing to bet we will see a fire sale in 2-3 months on these bricks.

Yea, and the reason is that its not "innovative" Or new, fresh.. I miss a good old scrypt coin that is legit and is running with a nice value. No pumps and dumps.

I can't tell you the number of times I've been in and out of that coin. sometimes four or five times a day - when the multi-pools show up - I'm out in an instant. you need software to monitor network hash, difficulty, buy price and depth because there's so sense in mining coins there are no orders for

So like you said, its not rocket science, you just need to have custom software developed for you, then monitor the output of the software and sit in front of a computer all day changing coins. Simple. </sarcasm>
