You should put up a time next time, if you do it randomly a lot of people will miss it.
That's the whole point! He wants people to know about it, but misses it. Why would he have happy hours at the most inconvenient times and completely unannounced beforehand? He wants the least number of people to claim his faucet, and yet still appears generous. |
