Man, not everyone in the world is living in the same timezone as you.
If happy hours happens at the "most convenient times" to you, it happens at the "inconvenient times" to some of the others.

That's the whole point! He wants people to know about it, but misses it. Why would he have happy hours at the most inconvenient times and completely unannounced beforehand? He wants the least number of people to claim his faucet, and yet still appears generous.

How does 4 hours include TONS of timezones?  Please elaborate, Like I said so many times to you before, 1am-5AM have been the happy hours for A LOT of the US, S.A...etc. 

Stunna doesn't ever have to do a happy hour, he does it as a great promotion, and I am not whining, I am simply just ASKING, if he would do it at different times instead of a 4 hour span of times.  Again, he doesn't have to simply because he gets to choose who/when/how much, all I was doing is asking.

I am not sure how I can be more clear...

If you can prove to me it has been elsewhere outside of my 1am-5am my timezone, I would gladly drop it.  I have seen every happy hour the day after when I woke up.  I am absolutely not asking him to just do it in my timezone, like I said, I just asked once if he could change the time zones up, maybe every week it gets pushed up 2 hours, or just randomly draws a time I don't know, that isn't for me to decide, its Stunna's decision.  The only reason you are arguing with me is -you are unable to read properly, and it is currently great for your time zone and you don't want it to leave.  I am just asking him to change it up for everyone's sake...that's all

Again, your time zone is not the only one that matters or should be accommodated so I don't care whether it has or hasn't been outside of YOUR 1am-5am timezone, all I know is that is has been at several different times many hours apart. Here's a tip for you: Instead of whinging and waiting to play on the happy hours use that time to post on here and earn from your signature then gamble on PD with it at the end of the month. Okay, I think I finally got it, you don't understand how time zones work.   There are 24 of them in the world.  Each separated by 1 hour.  So if in my timezone the variance is 4 hours, that means every timezone the happy hour has consisted in(all 24 time zones) the span of time has been 4 hours for everyone.  So when you say it has been hours apart, I hope you mean no more than 4. 

And again, I am not asking it to just be in my time zone, I am just asking, not whinging, if there are plans to change the times up at all, They could very well be in Euopean timezone...Still, Would be nice to see it mix up from a 4 hour span of times.  You are coming off looking like a spoiled brat who doesn't know anything, least of which is how to read.

I don't think Stunna needs to calculate at what specific time zones he may or may not have covered to ensure everybody gets a fair chance. Some will overlap, some might be too early for you and some might be too late. Some you might've missed by an hour or so. If you do, tough luck. And I never said WOW USA, ONLY THINK ABOUT THEMSELVES but you obviously took it that way in typical fashion of Americans who get upset when people say anything vaguely critical of their country even though I didn't even say anything remotely critical of it but you for some bizarre reason hopped on the defensive. And it doesn't matter to me whether somebody complains that there hasn't been a Happy Hour in America, Iraq or Uzbekistan.
