Depending on your version of sgminer, it's called either marucoin-mod, marucoin, x13-mod or x13 . Either of those should work well, but the versions with the trailing -mod should hash a bit faster.

X13mod is better than marucoin faster hashing i mean ..i thought i had a link for x11mod/x13mod somewhere i will try to find

I'm noob of solo mining but...my 880 bounty and transaction was disappear few seconds after found it, now only number of transaction is showed... Huh
