Make a self-moderated topic, Altough some people may lose trust because they may think you moderate it to delete negative comments.

Most people troll for fun, so try to make if boring to troll you.

Call the Internet police.

Seriously though, you can try report the posts if they're off topic or a constant nuisance. What is the user? You could also do as above mentioned and make a self-moderated thread but this won't look good for your business really, but neither does being trolled.

If he is actually obviously trolling, just report the post. Trolling is not allowed in these forums.

This, and one can stop it in their own thread. Stopping it overall on the forums isn't that easy/possible.
How would you stop trolling on the internet?

There's been a spam war in ASIC seller's threads, you guys aren't the only ones affected by this. People making fake accounts just to write that this or that company is a scam, making up fake stories and bumping their main account's posts with things like "you're right they suck".

Not a 100% sure that's true, I don't know about trolling, but if he's spamming you he could certainly be reported for that, calling it trolling though is wrong that's more like harassment and blackmail, you find users like this end up digging their own graves because they resort to spamming you especially if they get put on the ignore list because they don't like the fact they aren't getting any attention.
