They say eating crickets is very nutritious much in the same way you get taught to eat worms in  the army

Yeah, they heard on the news that Insects could help solve world hunger and malnutrition and it gave them the idea to try to popularize cookies.

this is the first time i heard cookies made with crickets. awww its disgusting i hate crickets. how can anyone eat it. Is the cricket used clean and how it was grown? just hearing it put it in the food really yucky.

Im going to vietnam in a few months..
i expect... no demand to be eating cookies with alot more disgusting things than crickets.

anyone been ? I am hoping for deep friend scorpian, crickets, spiders etc etc

They make crickets specifically for human consumption now. And I am sure they clean them.

The cockchafer (May bug) was a popular dish in western Europe until the middle of the 20th century. Strange that the same western Europeans now consider eating insects as something exotic. Here's a recipe from the German Wikipedia:

what else can I do  there ? I saw the top gear special.. need to get me a suit made up.. quality better be good!
