As per the source, the tanks were seized from a military base in Artemovsk. I don't know how reliable this source is. For sure, a lot of the Ukrainian army formations were defecting to the rebel side in Donbass. So it is not possible to ignore this news as well.

The word "could" means it is possible , the word confirmed means it surely happened.

Big difference.

In none of the article above there is a mention of "15 rebel tanks" you also claimed.

Furthermore:

Those are de-activated tanks, you can tell from the things on the turrets, they could be re-activated I suppose if you had the knowledge to do so but that would take some effort especially with that many and even though tanks would be very effective on land against air power they're useless.
