Paypal Fraud is not to be taken lightly Elaramus. Especially from a "Full Member". We have shipped out your item, DHL shipping agents can take up to 2 days to issue tracking numbers. I believe you are upset because a day after you ordered another competitor lowered pricing. I am not affiliated with that competitor therefore I cannot refund you the difference. I would have no problem refunding your order, but the package is in transit to you. Filing a dispute with Paypal can unfortunately not make DHL give me a tracking number any faster. Sellers beware. If you consider this fraud, then post a tracking number. Let me quote you, "DHL shipping agents can take up to 2 days to issue tracking numbers." This order was placed over 72 hours ago. And today you say yet another 24 hours for tracking information. |

In the future, I would seriously recommend advising customers to expect lead time in shipment rather than simply state "In Stock" which implies same or next day shipping.
Perhaps you could change to "Ships within XX hours" or "Ships within X days", or add a statement of "x number of days processing before each shipment" to avoid misinterpretation by future customers.

So my order of the Silverfish arrived today 7/7/2014. We had a small hiccup with the order process, but nothing Zighash and I weren't able to resolve. The miner is in great shape and up and running. Sfminer has two varieties of the silverfish on the streets now, and the one I received from Zighash has the twin 80mm fans. It is about 2/3 the width of the other model floating around which uses a single hi-speed 120mm fan. Hash rate is better than or as expected with the miner currently pushing 29Mh/s on the pool. Setup is simple, the software for these miners uses UDP ports so if you have problems, check your firewall settings. On power up the miner was instantly recognized and after about 5 minutes of warm up, it was up and running at full speed. Very securely packaged. Double boxed with heavy foam inserts to keep anything from shifting around and to prevent the box from pushing inwards on the circuit cards in the case of an impact.
