I think you did a good job and I think it is a great idea. Further I do believe these could gain a numismatic value over time since it is the original cas-coin and it is not a nobody who made the "repack".

How is the coins slapped, is it a slap-kit, where you can slap your own coins?
Is it possible to open the plastic case, or is it "welded" like the professional slaps?

Not sure I understand the question...  Are you asking about the hologram?  If so, it is not a "slap kit" but a custom manufactured Nasty tamper-proof hologram that I am the exclusive owner of.  The private keys I generate personally, print out, and cut by hand.  If you are asking about the coin slabs, they are blank slabs that I purchased and assembled myself.

The cases are very easy to open.  They are mostly there to look nice and provide a QR code for the public key.

Yes, the address is printed over the hologram.  It is all done manually with trial and error.

The private key is printed in its entirety in the below format.  Under each security hologram you will find a folded piece of paper resembling the below image.  If for some reason the folded paper is separated during removal of the hologram, the order to enter the key can be identified by the dots on the top of the printout, with the single dot side being entered before the double dot side.
