Hello,

i want to start my exchange service.

Simple as it sounds:

Register an account on neteller.com, get verified and deposit via creditcard.

Afterwards contact me to get the payment details.
You'll have to use the moneyexpress feature.

After successfull payment let me know the transaction ID and the amount including your bitcoin wallet.
I will check it and if everything is fine, you will get your bitcoins within 10-60 minutes - depends on time of day Wink

I have to charge you with 15% FEES, but i think it's ok!
Price taken from blockchain.info

Daily Limit is 1000,00 €uro - First come, first serve.

I'm looking here for long-term buisness.

Be careful, anything involving credit cards can be charged back. Someone could buy $1000 of BTC and then say they got their card stolen.

OP basically taking Neteller, he want sender will first registered in Neteller then verify card there, and deposit in Neteller then send to OP.

but OP is really suspicious cant trust him.

It is very important to have a service that takes credit cards, i know about the difficulties and the chargebacks but such a service could bring Bitcoin into the mainstream, so keep on going.

Its been done before and all the business has went under due to chargebacks. If it did not work before I seriously doubt it will work now.

Gosh the @OP is very persistent for deals  Roll Eyes (That could be the sign you all need to stay away)

Neteller can file refunds, however, they can be very hard to deal with. Neteller has been known to take funds of those who use BitCoin when they close their accounts.

Neteller says it will refund the payments back to those who has PAID them but it never arrives, Neteller is an OK service but I wouldn't trust them from a bar of soap.
