Okay so I want to be able to move my wallet around on a flash drive so i can install bitcoin on a different computer and have all my coins and addresses. Is there a file that i can put on the flash drive that contains all of the things that make up my wallet (the coins and addresses)? Also is there a way to run bitcoin off the flash drive so I can simply plug the flash drive into a computer and run the program and have it take the wallet data from the flash drive and not have to install bitcoin on the other computers? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

move the file named wallet.dat <- those are your coins and addresses

You can alternatively move the entire datadir to a flash drive. You'll need  to start bitcoin with the option -datadir=<your dir>

Look in the wiki where the bitcoin data dir is located on your platform, which you didn't say.
