Yea fees on Virwox are quite bad but if you trade there regularly, you gets discounts. The more you trade the less you pay in fees.
Also Okpay has exchanges that take Bitcoin and Paypal but I've never used it myself.
I just thought I'd post the link in case you wanna have a look.

Virwox is the safest and easiest I could find.
I use them a lot. Never had a problem.
The only drawback is the fees.

If you really want to get Paypal, you can sell bitcoin on exchanges, withdraw the money with bank transfer and then load money in your Paypal account.

btctopp.com is legitimate. I tested those guys with 0.1 BTC and received my PayPal in approximately 25 minutes.

Did a bit of research before diving in. Use the search function.  Wink

For 1 bitcoin they charge 40 dollar.

Sorry

I am really new to this, what other ways are there to cash out securely?
The most secure and inexpensive is to buy something. Remember, bitcoin is money. Why would you cash out money to get less money? Why did you get the bitcoin in the first place?

Both eBay and Paypal don't work well with Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrencies.
It is much better to use irreversible payments like cash and MoneyGram.

Virwox is the only one I know of right now but I agree with you, the fee's are far too much to be honest. I personally will not deal with bitcoins through PayPal in any kind of way to be honest because they can so easily be reversed causing me to lose out.

The only way to do this is to ask someone that trusts you to send you money through paypal in exchange for BTC.
The reason the have to trust you is that you can reverse the transaction "chargeback".

I have a business partner who helps me out like this sometimes.

Note that paypal has to report money flowing into your account to the IRS though Smiley Above 2.5k euro, I believe
