Dear Mt Gox,

I'm sorry to post publicly, but I've been waiting over two days for a response to my support ticket #21028 regarding a deposit I made last Thursday which has not yet been credited to my account. Can I please get a response?

Don't even bother with customer service, they won't help, it happened to me too.
Use Intersango.
