Guys i know im very very newbie on this coin things. and my computer is very very bad.

How can i increase the speed ?

And fees : 0 how can i get my dogecoins ?

It is not really a good idea to mine with laptop as you can get it overheated easily.

You may buy a scrypt ASIC if you really want to mine some scrypt coins.

he is right, it will also cost you money to mine. you would have more coins by spending the electricity cost on just buying the coins

Dude...not worth it.  You won't get any higher, doesn't sound like you have a very burly laptop to begin with.  Additionally your going to regret it if you burn that puppy out.

Thanks for advices guys, i think its not time to me start mining coins  Cry ... i'll try to buy some coins and manage them.
