Hello all,
I am offering loans of up to 1 btc to any trusted member. You MUST have collateral and you must be a semi active member on here. I am open to paybacks running up to 2 months, and I will negotiate interest fees based on individual loans.

Any takers should use a third party escrow for their collateral. OP, you should add this to your ad.

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Exactly, also maybe a little more details.

For example let's say I want to borrow 1 BTC for 2 months backed by LTC collateral.

Interest rate? Which members you trust as escrow?

P.S. Remove paypal man, you could be a scammer and/or you risk being scammed.

Loan request: "I need 7 BTC because We hired an archaelogist and asked him: Is there a treasure? And he said yes!"

I have spare money in my paypal, maybe 3BTC worth of $.

There is no way in hell I'm sending you the $ though, I'd take a 1BTC as a social experiment (obviously I'd prove to you I have the money - read the coinpal thread, I invested 50K rather stupidly in to that and it hasnt effected my business in anyway. I got in to Crypto early)

You then loan me, we agree on payback date and I'll pay 10% extra interest on top of what you were thinking of charging.

If you're not a scammer then you would easily accept this deal. Only other collateral I can think of is my watches, I have about a $70'000 watch collection, but of course I'm not going to send you a stranger a 15K watch along with legal documents.
