it's reminds how hard is to buildmake scientific questionnaires while collect human based information... at university I made 2 modules in psychology/social sciences ( also some training with IBM SPSS Statistics too ) ... now imagine you work on pharmaceutical industry and you are colleting/interviewing on clinical/trail research ... you need to take on account that people lying, they cheat, etc ...
