mine with direct exchange is really necessary ?

If make at !

Who payout fee ?
You are OK waiting 10XMR before payout ?

Is not more simple? you mine with your wallet and on moment or you want . You payout to exchange ?
You can use mymonero.com for use wallet online .

You should mine to a wallet. Mining to an exchange is dangerous.

re/posting my issue here per Claymore's suggestion:

I often see the following message:

05/01/15-16:11:12 - SHARE FOUND (target 25000) - (GPU 0 of 5)
No new jobs were received for 20 mins - something wrong with this pool, disconnect.
Stratum - connecting to 'xmr.crypto-pool.fr' <212.129.44.156> port 8888
Stratum - Connected

I also don't see expected rewards from the pool, so I suspect the 20 min periods of no hashing are contributing to the issue.  Anyone experience this before? any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Make sure that you don't use proxy, this is the most probable reason. When miner is connected to a pool directly it checks connection (since v9.1), but it cannot do it when proxy is used.
If you don't use proxy - it must be pool issue.
no proxy being used here.

I am now seeing this message continuously every 25 minutes or so.  My hashrate on the website varies between 5 and 9KH/s but on my end I am putting out about 9KH/s - so there's definitely a problem.  I'm making less than I did last month even though the network speed has dropped from 18MH/s to about 12.  Something is wrong with the pool Sad

After long a testing phase, the mixing is working and online.

We also added a faster payout for everyone by default.

If you want a slower but higher payout, please contact me.

Of course it was solved but I cannot give all details for privacy reason.
The problem was not on the pool side.

Yes XMR has high transaction fees to prevent spamming the network.
There are no difference in fees for the miner between fast payment or high payment.
We found an effective way of grouping transactions for processing payment.
You may want a fast payment to have a regular income.
You may want a high payment if you don't like "dust".

oh, and gratz on implementing mixin on pool.

Thanks.
