hi guys
strange one, but the hexminer is detected etc but the psu refuses to turn on when the hexminers plugged in.
i have tried several psu's so i know its not that..using a 300w if that helps..im hoping im missing something silly..
I have tried within the same computer with a 620w psu and different tower with a 300w not plugged in via usb and both pcs refuse to turn on..I havent tried the psu n its own as im not sure how to..dumb ass i know.
does anyone know if the miner is damaged?

thanks for your time Smiley

As far Hex16a is old product you pay for transport.
consider this
It dos not matter if you ship it without fan.
