"Dev" makes new threads with different IPO address.
My post about that was deleted.

As a member of the Syscoin dev team (check me out on the website http://syscoin.org to prove its me, Jonathan Heald and my social links are the same as this username jonn4y)
We have NOT launched, this IS a scam trying to trick everyone into thinking we have launched.
Please don't give anyone your BTC.

When we open the IPO we will give you plenty of notice so you can gather as much BTC as you can J/K
but seriously we will not start another thread when we are live we will ONLY use the original ANN thread located here:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=587080.0

IF you want to know when we launch you can also sign up to our news letter on our website.

I don't think its the "dev" who is creating this. someone else is misusing Syscoin name.

The original post of syscoin is here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=587080.msg6427928#msg6427928 and OP is "danosphere" not "SYSCOIN"

Here is the the explanation from the dev team about the scam threads https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=587080.msg7437461#msg7437461

The original syscoin team hasn't released any BTC deposit address for the IPO and they have said they are in talks with moolah for escrow services for the IPO https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=587080.msg7336359#msg7336359

From these details i think that the scamers are not from the original syscoin dev team

Don't ever go into IPOs without any well known escrow services. and Don't ever invest in a IPO if you're not 200% sure of it

Agreed.
OP seems confused. If he had visited the real syscoin thread he would've seen the warnings about these other scam threads popping up.
