Pool hashrate at Dedicatedpool is higher than the network hashrate?

edit: ok the dedicpool hashrate now = network hashrate. But how is that possible, when there are other pools also working on the hashes?

ref: dedicpool has 11gh/s of hashing power; poolmn has 4.4gh/s of hashing power. total network hashrate is displayed as 10.8gh/s on both pools' ui

Dedicated pool dashboard is funky, is was acting funky last night for Ottoman coin as well. But for Veilcoin its displaying 10GHS pool rate, and 11GHS network rate, but i havent any coins yet and been mining for awhile. I cant believe that this coin only has 11GHS rate, its got to be much higher.
