Thanks for the questions, I updated the original post with answers.
Yes, I am talking about GPU rigs.
I can assist you with building GPU rig and with setting GPU rig up.
I will charge $35 or BTC equivalemt for one working rig in the case of success.
If you need help with some ASIC or mining pool I would like to help you for considerably less fee because I'm not such an expert there but it's of great interest of mine.

1. It depends first of all of the electricity price you have.
2. As soon as possible is the best of course, but we can discuss it.
