probably a scam, pure POS coin, 1 free share for everyone, however you can buy 10 or 20 shares with your bitcoin. E-mail address required, low account activity, thread closed and and info the the bottom of the page: "all purchases are non refundable and provide no guarantee of payment in the event of a failure to launch".

2. FlyMyCoin - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=663463.0;topicseen

Claiming they spoke with most of the airlines on the earth. No proves whatsoever for such activity. 50% premine, 2,5 million coins and blocks from 1 to 100 offer only 0,1 FMC in order to avoid instamine. Had enough? Hear this, they have an IPO with 25.000 FLM for 1 BTC. Sounds good?

1% premine, trying to save the most precious places on our planet by creating a cryptocoin and selling white t-shirts for 0,05 BTC. Moreover, the claim the coin is going to be pure POS?

Except for nice name, another scam with IPO. On the dev's website, it clearly says he can grab all the money and leave with them if the minimal requirment is not met. Also self moderated topic, low account activity, lots of people complaining and advising to stay away.

Low account activity, no information whatsoever, asking for donations by puting BTC address in a main thread. Also, they "believe" their coin could repay all world debt.

I do not know whether did I get it right, or not. But, they the developer (low account activity, self moderated topic) says the coin will be backed by gold, and out of 101 million coins he did premine 100 million. Those will be sold. Make your own opinion on this.
