I am sorry you are experiencing these problems trying to trade bitcoins. I would suggest giving bitfloor (bitfloor.com) a try. Our order execution systems are very good and we address all problems quickly.

While we are still growing our volume compared to the other exchanges, I will stress that we provide a true liquidity rebate for providing liquidity.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Your exchange needs to post a lot more information about itself. For starters, you don't have anything about deposit/withdrawal methods available and associated fees.

Your exchange needs to post a lot more information about itself. For starters, you don't have anything about deposit/withdrawal methods available and associated fees.

I will post that information to the website so it is easier to find. The current methods are Dwolla, and BTC (obviously). For any of the services you pay the fee based on what the service charges (0.25$ for Dwolla).

What other information would you like to see? Please feel free to email me directly and I can answer those questions.

Just registered!
I love the liquidity rebate idea. Now it just needs some liquidity!  Wink
I'll be trying it out soon.

Hi there!

I sent you an email a while ago asking if you would like to count AurumXchange as a method to deposit and withdraw funds from bitfloor but never received an answer. Please PM me if interested.

Thanks!

Not to bump a way old topic, but just got btc here for 2% discount from gox, and used the cash deposit. Totally a buyer's market right now.
