He meant he might be checking who has a lot coins, and then he can focus to those people and try to hack them.
Only thing it helps is that he won't accidentally hack some one with like 2$, which wouldn't be worth of hacking.

He can try to generate private key but that would cost him a lot of time to crack it, or he can try to manipulate with social engineering to sent him back BTC Cheesy

I doubt he will live long enough to crack it, even if he is already millionaire.
