I'm looking for someone to modify an open source IRC bot written in perl.  It is approximately 700 lines (I will DM you the link, just ask).

It is a betting bot that uses points and I want it modified to use bitcoin instead.  I have a budget and can pay a flat rate for your time either via Paypal or bitcoin.
