thx a lot!

instamine = dev mines at low difficulty before anyone gets a chance to, usually while pretending theres no premine or in combo with high rewards for early blocks. its just means that you plunk so much hash on the coin that difficulty doesnt have time to adjust, so blocks are found almost instantly (or at least way lower than the target time)
premine = dev starts out with, well, premined coins

i think you mean ninjalaunch, not ninja mine.
ninjalaunch = dev starts the mining process without giving advance notice, or maybe he does but doesnt provide a countdown to exact time

Actually:

Instamine = mining at low difficulty for everyone if DEV gives wallet at time. I have experience with instamine from 1st block.

NinjaLaunch = Launch without notice, but you can always type getmininginfo and see how many blocks already mined. Sometimes coins launches with really many blocks mined already, sometimes I see 5-10 blocks after download wallet.

About this coin, see my post https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=663102.msg7497565#msg7497565
At 14 blocks I already had ~150 coins.

right, i think both your answer and the previous one are accurate and consistent. the previous one is a bit more cynical though,, maybe if password was kept until launch there can be a 'fair' instamine Roll Eyes

Yes. I prefer this kind of launch. Everyone has chance to get some blocks.

You know, last week is so FUD on this forum. Now even me, I'm upset with some coins. I dunno, maybe it's blows on the sun or something...
I have really fallen mood right now.

Soooo...anything going on here? There's like 10 people still mining this thing, no "whitepaper" (lol), no exchange, no block explorer, etc.

Doesn't look like it. Gonna leave 1mh/s on the pool overnight to see if our dev returns then i'm out.
